Do you remember that 80’s TV series
“Steven Spielberg’s Amazing Stories“?
I remember one episode I saw about
a “What If Machine”. 
It was about a group of kids who were
able to get what they want by the power
of their imagination just by saying “What
if this..” or “What if that…” and then
concentrating.
Things like a watermelon that spits out
its own seeds, a bed that fixes itself
every morning, a pencil that sharpens
itself and all that kidstuff.
It got me to thinking…
What if real estate investing is so easy
that you’re able to sell houses before you
even buy them?
Kidstuff? Just a dream? Not anymore!
