Be grateful for what you have realizing that many others have less.
Whenever you open your mailbox and see the bills that come like
clockwork, think that you’re lucky to even have a mailbox - that means
you have a permanent address - a home.
Whenever you pull out your wallet and see that you only have 5 bucks,
think that you’re lucky to even have a wallet - others just have tin cans
on the sidewalk.
Whenever you find yourself complaining that real estate investing is difficult,
think that you’re lucky to have had the courage and common sense to be in
it - others are home busy sifting through classifieds for a job.
Whenever you find yourself reading an email that seems junk to you, think
that you’re lucky to even have an email, or lucky to even have a PC, or lucky
to even have the ability to read - there are others who would give anything to
be at your place now.
You only notice you don’t have something when you refuse to look at what you
do have.

Watch Part 1 of the Exclusive Interview from our
Online Mentoring Session yesterday.
It’s just too good not to be shared to you.
It’s about Blake and Julie Templeton, a husband and wife
tandem who quit college in 2005 to pursue a career in real estate.
They were both just 20 years old then.
With no money in hand, each living with their parents, they went
on and built a 6-figure income in less than 1 year closing
approximately 3 short sales a month.
Now married and 24 yrs old, this dynamic couple doubled
their income their second year in business and have grown
exponentially since then.
They had just hit the 6-figure mark for 2009 just within the
first quarter - and right in the middle of this Down economy!
I almost had to slay dragons and climb a dozen castle towers
just to get the Templetons to share their secret.
And the best thing about this is YOU CAN DO IT TOO!
The entire webinar is over 1 and a half hours long so we had to
divide it into 3 parts.
Talk soon.
