I would like to thank YOU for taking part
in my Birthday Bash Bonanza.
We sure had a blast.
But the thing is, while I was still reeling with
all the funfare and stuff I came across some
*serious* news and data…
One of my trusted *economic spies* emailed
me something I thought you’d NEED to know.
Apparently, despite the best efforts of the
government, foreclosures still continue to climb.
In fact, it is now estimated that a total of 600,000
homes that banks repossessed have not yet made
it to the market.
This was stated by RealtyTrac, which compiles
nationwide statistics on foreclosures.
They further said that ONLY about 30% of these
properties have indeed reached the market.
This poses a big threat to the market in the sense
that once the banks decide to release these
properties, it could result to more ‘depreciation
and carnage’.
Add to that, recent statistics show that since
2007, peak earnings dipped a whopping 69%
and it steadily dropped all through 2008 and
into the present year…
It is estimated by experts that it would take
a bit more time than what blind economists
predict for us to fully recover…
With that in view, if I can give you at least
a fighting chance to survive a real bumpy
ride ahead and do it at the lowest possible
cost, I would have done my civil duty, right?
I stayed up almost all night thinking about all
these things…
“What about the people sitting on the fence who
could not even afford $97 (my special Birthday
offer)…”
“How can I get all these leads to more people
so they can start making deals and making
money immediately?“
“What if I let them test drive my membership
for just $1…”
“…Would they jump onto this and start taking
action to grab these leads and start making some
deals roll this week?“
That’s why I am SERIOUSLY considering
reopening the offer (minus the birthday gifts,
of course) for just $1.
