Avenge the Little Investors, Punish the Big Bad Banks

Remember my conversation with my friend
Alfred Alonso that I sent you last week?

The moment I sent it out, Alfred was on the
line saying, “Dude, you misspelled my name!”

I said, “What are you talking about, man? I did
your name correctly.”

He replied, “No you didn’t. My last name is
spelled with an “S” and not with a “Z”.

I understood and said, “Oh I see. Sorry about
that, man. But I like to spell your name with a
‘Z’. It sound like ‘the ZORRO of Real Estate!”

Alfred almost screamed with terror as he said,
Dude, how’d you find out about my secret
identity?”

I said, “Dude, you didn’t really think you can hide
anything from me did you? I’m telepathic!”

Alfred then said, “Promise me you’ll never tell this
to anyone. Promise me!”

I said, “No problem, man. But you gotta do something
for me.”

Alfred said, “Anything!”

I smiled to myself as I said, “Do a webinar for my
peeps on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 8pm CST.”

I could almost see Alfred shaking his head in defeat
as he said, “You got it. What do I have to bring?”

I said, “Just bring your wealth of knowledge on REOs
and probably bring something for my peeps and my
team’ll take care of the rest.”

He said, “Great! I got me a cool system I’ll be sharing
with your people that’s guaranteed to make them the
next REO superhero. Just give me a buzz if you need
to tell me or get from me anything, ‘kay?”

I said, “You got it.”

Before I can say goodbye, Alfred said, “One more
thing, I’m begging you, never ever reveal my identity to
a single soul. I would want to continue saving little
investors by teaching them how to take properties
from the banks at pennies on the dollar…”

I simply said, “I dig you, man. I dig you. To avenge
the helpless, to punish big bad banks… I surely dig
you. I’m going to take this secret to the grave…”

Alfred a.k.a. Zorro of Real Estate sighed in relief
and said, “Thank you, dude.”

We said goodbye and hung up.

So there you have it, Alfred Alonso is also known as
“the ZORRO of Real Estate” (but his name is spelled
with an “S” and not a “Z”).
